Full Description
After last season’s divergence with the double-rocker Rockette², Salomon have back-tracked a bit with their all mountain range. The Q-88 Lux is more like a descendant of the Lady, featuring tip-only rocker to combine flotation in soft snow with better tail grip on harder snow and ice. The result is an all-mountain ski that rather than just being “okay” everywhere is actually pretty good whatever you want it to do.
The Honeycomb tip is light and manoeuvrable while the full wood core, as well as being light, reduces vibrations from variable terrain or hard piste and ensures a smooth ride and strong ski-snow contact.
Utility Rocker combines a gradual tip-only rocker section for plenty of flotation with traditional camber in the rest of the ski ensuring a long effective edge and strong rebound for hard snow performance.

Ski Servicing
Watch out for shops that cut corners – and costs – by hardly ever servicing their skis, or just giving them a quick wax. Unserviced or badly serviced skis can ruin your whole week. Why pay for substandard kit?
