Salomon ENDURO XT 800
ALL MOUNTAIN SKI
Overview
As close as it gets really to the old Tornados, the XT 800 according to Salomon is a ski with an 80/20 piste preference. We’d say it’s a bit more versatile than that and sure to be a popular ski.
Great for :
a piste ski with added versatility

Full Description
The Enduro XT 800 is an ideal option for the very many people who mainly ski on groomed pistes but like the option to drop into some softer, ungroomed stuff off the side. Ideal for slushy conditions at the end of the season as well.
At 79 mils underfoot the RXT 800 has enough width for flotation in a reasonable amount of soft snow, but it's not so wide as to mean it takes 5 minutes to get from edge to edge.
Double titanium layer give the strength that a wide ski needs to be able to provide strong edge grip and control on hard snow and ice.
Tip-only All Mountain Rocker also allows the tip to be wide enough for good flotation and fast turn initiation while remaining controllable and not grabbing. At the same time the traditional camber underfoot and relatively flat and square tail optimize effective edge and grip for control and hard snow performance

TOP TIP
Ski Servicing
Watch out for shops that cut corners – and costs – by hardly ever servicing their skis, or just giving them a quick wax. Unserviced or badly serviced skis can ruin your whole week. Why pay for substandard kit?
