Full Description
At 84 mils underfoot, the Mya No 8 sits very firmly in the centre of the modern all-mountain ski category, making it a pretty versatile option for anyone who’s after one ski to tackle most things.
The predominant technology of the Mya No 8 is what Head call ERA 3.0 which combines a 20% tip-only rocker section for better control and flotation with a progressive sidecut to engage the tip with less angulation and piezioelectric “Intellifibers” to reduce the tip vibrations which rockers can cause
Strong grip, immediate reactions and control for use on pistes and harder snow conditions are ensured by the sandwich construction with full sidewalls underfoot and the un-rockered tail which gives a good long effective edge. At the same time the rounded tail shape does mean it will be easy to vary turn shape or drop into a skid to cope with unexpected or variable terrain.

TOP TIP
Ski Servicing
Watch out for shops that cut corners – and costs – by hardly ever servicing their skis, or just giving them a quick wax. Unserviced or badly serviced skis can ruin your whole week. Why pay for substandard kit?
