Full Description
A ladies skis go, the Mya No 5 is a long way from pink and pretty – it’s a hard core piste ski with a slalom pedigree, as gutsy as they come.
At 66 mils underfoot, it’s amazingly fast edge to edge and combined with a 118 tip and a 97 mil tail the profile goes to give a sidecut radius of only 13.2 metres in the 163 ski, certainly on the shorter side of medium.
KERS technology stores up the energy generated at the beginning of the turn and releases it in the last part to kick you out of one turn and into the next.
ERA 3.0 S uses 10% rocker in the tip only to ease manoeverability and reduce catching while the strong traditional camber and tail section and long effective edge provide rebound and grip.
Intellfibres are distributed throughout the ski and play on the torsion – reasonably soft and forgiving when skied at slow speeds, but stiffer and much more solid and stable as you crank the speed up.

Ski Servicing
Watch out for shops that cut corners – and costs – by hardly ever servicing their skis, or just giving them a quick wax. Unserviced or badly serviced skis can ruin your whole week. Why pay for substandard kit?
