Full Description
Softer both torsionally and longitudinally than the expert-level Mya No 7, the No 5 uses a hybrid construction with traditional sandwich underfoot for precise information transfer and grip with cap towards the tip and tail to keep he weight down and make the No 5 a reasonably forgiving ski at this level.
With a sidecut profile of 123/71/107 the Mya No 5 is a curvy ski. The 71 mil waist is nice and fast edge to edge and the sidecut radius, a pretty small 10.8 metres for the 156 ski, means this is a ski that loves short turns.
ERA 3.0 uses “Allride Rocker” in the tip only to tame the sidecut profile, reduce catching at slower speeds and increase flotation in softer conditions while vibration absorbing Intellfibres reduce tip vibrations for a ski that’s smooth and comfortable in all conditions.

Ski Servicing
Watch out for shops that cut corners – and costs – by hardly ever servicing their skis, or just giving them a quick wax. Unserviced or badly serviced skis can ruin your whole week. Why pay for substandard kit?
